Passing a test doesn't prove expertise but it does indicate a commitment to industry standards and a willingness to learn and do things right.
Crestron silver certified
In addition to my certification, I was a Crestron Authorized Independendent Programmer (now called Crestron Service Provider) for fourteen years. I have attended more Master's Classes than I can count but I have the jackets, backpacks and even a thermometer to prove it.
My AMX Certification was once a "Solutions Master" which meant I was certified for Design, Programming, Installation, Signage and RMS. This combined certification is no longer supported and I have since let my individual certs expire. I am certainly willing and able to re-aquire them if needed.
I have had a long standing relationship with Extron with cerifications going back twenty years.
Another company I have had a long history with, becoming Audia certified over twenty years ago. I was sad to see the Audia line retired this year, but I have fully embraced the Tesira line and am Forte Certified.
The system in this photo is almost 15 years old, hence the 4X3 displays.
I have always loved this project and the photo.
